Female Enhancement Pills Might Reduce PMS

Your monthly visitor can make life unpleasant to say the least. Symptoms include bloating, weight gain, acne, tearfulness, aggression, irritability and mood swings. If you’re reading this article, it’s safe to say you know this and you want relief. Is there any?
Up to 85% of menstruating women experience symptoms of PMS. Occasionally, PMS can morph into the more severe premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), which is characterized by mood and sleep disorders.
There’s no cure for PMS other than menopause. But a recent study sheds new light on vitamin E and fatty acids as a possible remedy worth exploring. And female enhancement pills, with their blend of herbals and nutrients mentioned in this study, might provide relief to PMS, in at least some women.
In the study, Brazilian researchers gave dummy pills, and one or two gram capsules of vitamin E and a combination of gamma linolenic, oleic, linoleic and other polyunsaturated acids to 120 women with PMS or PMDD. The study took place over six months, after which researchers made some notable findings.
The results, measured over six menstrual cycles in accordance with the Prospective Record of the Impact and Severity of Menstruation (PRISM), showed a marked reduction in PMS symptoms among the women who took the two gram supplements. While not a cure for PMS, observers believe the study highlights findings that could reduce PMS symptoms in a range of women.
Researchers have yet to pinpoint how vitamin E and fatty acids reduce PMS, but theorize that the fatty acids may affect production of a chemical called prostaglandins, which might reduce the effects of the hormone prolactin.
Too much prolactin, or adverse reactions to it, might cause PMS and the symptoms that come with it.
And how do female enhancement pills fit into the scheme of things? Can they reduce PMS symptoms and make life more bearable for menstruating women?
They might. Female enhancement pills are natural products, comprised of herbals, nutrients and amino acids to boost sex drive and to balance shifting hormones in the female body. Provestra in particular has vitamin E, which as the study suggests, might reduce PMS symptoms and the pain they cause.
It’s also worth mentioning that some female enhancement pills contain vitamin C, black cohosh root and iron, all of which are believed to regulate the menstrual cycle and to ease PMS.
Keep in mind that generic cures aren’t common. What works for some women simply won’t work for others. But as the study suggests, researchers appear to be heading in the right direction in searching for relief to PMS, and fatty acids and vitamin E, contained in some female enhancement pills, appear to be effective.
Remember also that female libido pills are, as the moniker implies, sex products, designed to align shifting hormones for peak sexual performance, and to increase vaginal lubrication. They’re both important to sex and the orgasm process, and might both ease the burden of PMS.
At the very least, female enhancement pills boost the sex drive and encourage regular sex with deep and enjoyable orgasms. That never hurt.
And if female enhancement pills do, in fact, ease PMS symptoms, a lot of women will have even more reason to smile.
